My story

This is Lexie, she came from a shelter in central Nebraska when she became frightened and unadoptable in their kennel setting.


It has been our experience that Dachshunds just do not do well in shelters, and become fearful and protective of themselves. Outside the shelter you get LEXIE the Loveable.


This great little girl adores people of all ages, she likes to play with the kids, and cuddle up on the couch to watch TV. She is a happy dog that just needs a home to call her own.


Lexie is a standard Dachshund. She is crate trained, house trained, and rides like a dream.


She would love to share her life with you.
