Here's what the humans have to say about me:
AVAILABLE 07-25-15 Cotton was found 5 months ago by a family who took him in, but they can no longer take care of him, so they called an Animal Control Officer to pick Cotton up and bring him to the Animal Shelter. Cotton seems to be mostly Yellow Lab as you can see from his picture, plus she has that "happy go lucky" Lab personality. The family reported that Cotton is housetrained and will go to the door and scratch when he needs to go out. He was good with the four year old child and other dogs. Like most Labs, Cotton likes to play in the water. This playful, friendly, handsome boy would make a great addition to any family; so come to the Shelter in Elizabeth City and consider making Cotton part of yours.
