Included in the adoption fee are rabies & distemper vaccinations, heartworm testing, deworming, spay or neuter surgery, and a free initial exam by one of many generous veterinary clinics who have donated their service.
Blizzard's previous owner had too many animals so brought him to FVHA. He is a cool cat with a nonchalant personality that you can't help but love. He will chill with you on the couch, then play, then nap in a sunny window for hours.
