SUKI
THIS IS A COURTESY POST
(Meaning, she is not W.O.W Dog Rescues Dog, just helping her find her forever home.
SUKI is believed to be a “Chion” (Chihuahua/Papillon Mix) a very smart, very obedient and loving dog. She has a super cute personality and really playful! We believe she is now about 4 or 5 years old and weighs about 12 lbs. She is “fixed” and up to date on all her shots, microchipped and in perfect health (better than our pedigrees)! She is super loving, cuddly, and very well mannered dog, and great with the people she knows (just very nervous around new people…but with a little encouragement she does get used to the “regular” visitors and usually good with them after just 3-5 meetings). She does not seem to be very fond of children or cats, so would recommend a home with NO kids or cats.
Suki does about a half dozen really cute tricks, is kennel, potty and doggie-door trained (never any accidents!!!). She is okay with other dogs she knows and better with dogs about her same size (a little intimidated by larger dogs). She listens well to commands, and always aims to please! She LOVES car rides, and stays close by you if you walk out of the house with her and she never runs off. She does NOT prefer walks, because people and other dogs makes her anxious.
LOVES to be outside in the back yard and bask in the sun and she never digs or has been destructive at all. She makes a great watch dog because she is very protective of her yard/home. She loves to cuddle and watch TV with you. She is still very playful with lots of spunk, she even does a quite little dance every time you come home!!!
We believe her PERFECT new home would be with a retired person or a single professional adult that has NO KIDS and/or works from home because she is less anxious when she is not left alone or kenneled for extended periods of time (over 4-6 hours). And because Suki does NOT prefer walks we really would like for her to go to someone with a nice fenced back YARD.
Suki's adoption fee is set at $175.00
