Here's what the humans have to say about me:
Aurora came to our shelter by way of a local veterinary hospital. Her owners brought her there to be euthanized because she was not adjusting to living with their toddler. When the veterinarian further questioned the family, we learned that the child was chasing Aurora out of the litter box and pulling on her tail. The kind vet took the liberty to contact our shelter, and the family agreed to sign Aurora over to us.
Aurora is the sweetest girl. She has adjusted wonderfully to a quieter environment and is ready for a forever family. She seems to get along fine with other kitties, but would do best in a home without a dog. She would be fine with older children as well.
Aurora is about 4 years old, spayed, vaccinated, microchipped, feline leukemia/AIDS negative, and is current on flea/tick preventative. She recently had a dental as well.
To meet Aurora, please visit our website www.HalfwayHomeRescue.org and complete an adoption application. Adoption donation $175
