My story

Here's what the humans have to say about me:

Jake is a strikingly handsome 7 week old tiger. Like most tigers, he’s an incredibly friendly, lovable, playful, easy-going boy. He cuddles and purrs all the time as you rub his neck and head. He’s sweet and gentle. Jake gets along with everybody - humans, dogs and cats as you can see in the photos. He especially loves his sister Chanel.

Jake was rescued with a small fracture in his tail-the cause is unknown. He’s been examined by the vet and it was determined that the tail is healthy, the fracture causes no pain, and the tail needs no treatment.

Jake is neutered, vaccinated, Feleuk/FIV negative, de-wormed, and micro-chipped. A home with no young children or large dogs is preferred. Jake gets along with most cats and cat-friendly small dogs. We would love for Chanel and Jake to be adopted togther but this is not a requirement for adoption.

Jake is located in Barnegat, New Jersey and can be transported to the southern NJ and shore area or possibly the Philadelphia area. Once approved, a $60 tax-deductible adoption fee is required at the time of adoption.
