My story

Here's what the humans have to say about me:

I'm 6yrs old, my owner was in a nursing home and during that time I was neglected. I was feed and taken out a couple of times a day for a few years. When my owner died I was rescued and named Smokey, I was Ollie. I believe I would do best in a one pet home. I am not 100% house broken but we have been working on it, I'm getting better. I'm protective of my food, treats and toys I don't like people or animals coming around me when I eat. I play with my dogmate ,but I get aggressive sometimes, my dogmate is now showing aggressive behavior.. I love to cuddle. I'll follow you around inside and out, I love going on walks. Unfortunately shortly after I got here I bit my new owners friend it was over food.I
also nipped my owner, I was sleeping next to her and she petted me I probably was startled. I'm a good watch dog when I see or hear something. I become anxious when I hear strang noises like garbage trucks, lawnmowers etc. I'm a barker when I hear you coming home. I do well in a kennel.
