My story

Here's what the humans have to say about me:

Handsome Luther is a 3 months old, approximately  lb20s, Catahaula Leopard dog! Luther's mom is a 40 lbs Blue tick coonhound/Catahoula mix; dad is unknown. Luther is always on the go! He is a big explorer and loves toys. He is independent but will curl up in your lap and snuggle when he is pooped from the day’s adventures. He will even watch tv with you. Luther is in a foster home with a large female dog and does excellent with her; they are best of friends. Luther knows how to sit on command and is a fantastic listener. He sleeps in his crate overnight for 6-8 hours with no accidents. House training is going great but is still in progress. Luther will do best in a home with an active family. We recommend a companion dog in Luther’s forever home. A fenced yard is REQUIRED. Applications are available at ruffredemption.org.
