My story

Here's what the humans have to say about me:

Our stunning Merle is just about ready for adoption and looking for the perfect forever family! He is an approximately 12lbs and 2.5 months old Catahoula Leopard Dog mix that is HARD OF HEARING. Merle loves his people; he follows his foster mom around everywhere. The backyard is a big adventure each morning to Merle. He explores every inch of it looking for new treasures. He is fantastic with both dogs and older children. Afternoon tug of war is one of his favorites games. Merle is a high energy, happy puppy with a ton of love to give. One or two young adult dogs in his forever home is a must as he is very social and as we mentioned, full of energy. Merle is head strong which is consistent with the breed but with a knowledgeable, active owner who believes training is important, he will do very well and be a fantastic addition to the family. A fenced yard is REQUIRED, privacy fence preferred. Applications available at ruffredemption.org.
