When Griffin first arrived at our shelter he was very shy and afraid of new people. This sweet calm boy has come around very quickly and is delightful to be around. He loves to run around and sniff when outside and his favorite inside activities are receiving ear scratches and taking naps. Griffin is good with other dogs and should fit in with family members of any age. Griffin is one boy who depends on outside time. He struggles being stuck indoors all the time. Griffin has some anxiety when left alone. We are looking for a home with safe room to run and play outside.

Additional adoption info

The whole process is easy and takes a matter of in-office minutes. While we like for our animals to find homes, we require adopting families to meet in our shelter. That way you can meet your new family member and make sure he/she is the one for you. Then we do the paperwork which takes only a little time. We look forward to meeting you.

You can come to visit or adopt one of our animals from ten a.m. until four p.m. Tuesday through Saturday and from noon to four p.m. on Sundays.

We are a compassionate shelter. Our job is to help our animals get ready for their "forever homes". We do this by making their stay with us comfortable, and giving them a healthy, clean, and safe temporary home.
