Check out our sister brand, Kinship, for vet chat, a nutrition calculator, basic obedience training, and (much) more. So you're never flying solo in this pet parenting thing.
Rosie is just over 1 year old. She is a Treeing Walker Coonhound mix. We adopted her at 12 weeks from Small Miracles Animal Rescue. We intended to give her a forever home, but unfortunately, because she is not good with small children, we find ourselves unable to keep her.
Rosie is a high energy dog. She loves people, cats, and especially other dogs. An ideal home for Rosie would have lots of room to play inside and a large yard, preferably fenced, because she loves to run. She would thrive in a home with another dog because she has so much energy and needs companionship. She should NOT live in a home with children.
Rosie is sweet, goofy, and smart. She has some training and responds to very basic commands, but needs more work to be fully trained. During the day, she is very active and loves to play fetch with a tennis ball or play tug-o-war with a rope toy. In the evening, she loves to snuggle while you watch Netflix.
Is Rosie the dog for you? She can't wait to meet you!
