PATTY

This blonde beauty is PATTY! Patty is a 6 yr old German Shep mix, weighs around 65 lbs, up to date on vaccines, spayed and microchipped.

This lovely girl is looking for a chance to have a family to call her own. Patty is good with kids and people, but likes to be the leader and the alpha dog in the home. She would do best with an easy-going, playful dog or as an only dog. Patty loves to play; she comes on a bit strong with other dogs and can sometimes act a little obsessive. She does not take a cue when the other dog wants her to back off. She's not aggressive, just wants to engage in play.. Patty is housebroken, crate trained, knows her basic commands and has excellent house manners. She is not destructive, enjoys her daily walks, sunbathing, playing with toys and rides great in the car. Patty has a prey drive and should not be in a home with cats or small critters Patty will fetch a toy if tossed to her or is happy to entertain herself. She has a good solid bark and will alert bark when appropriate.

We require an application. References are checked and a home visit is performed. Placement Director contacts the applicant and discusses the dogs in our program. There will be two meetings between the potential adoptive family and the dog before final transfer. We require a $400.00 adoption fee for Adult Dogs and a $450.00 adoption fee for puppies. This fee covers vaccines, labwork, microchip, and spay/neuter.

Sauver Des Chiens German Shepherd Dog Rescue is an all-volunteer, foster-based 501(c)3 organization based in Texas. At this time we service Texas and Louisiana. Our passion and our mission is to rescue neglected, unwanted, and abused German Shepherd and Large Paw Dogs with the goal of finding them a new permanent and loving home. All dogs receive full veterinary care, including spay/neuter, positive training and necessary behavior modification before they are ready to adopt. These dogs come from stressful circumstances and are give a few weeks to de-compress before being offered for adoption.
