My story

Here's what the humans have to say about me:

Meet Austin! He is a 5 year old Australian Shepherd that weighs around 40 lbs. He is neutered and up to date on shots but isn't on heartworm preventatives. Austin is great with other dogs at his daycare which he attends at least twice a week since he was a puppy but needs to be the only dog in the home.

He does great with the owner's niece and nephew but has a lot of energy, so no young children please! He has had short interactions with cats and is curious about them.

He can sometimes be sneaky and steal the food off your plate but he is a wonderful dog! He is playful and loves hugs and kisses. He thinks he is a person and will talk back to you. He knows sit, stay, lay down, off, spin, go to your bed, come and leave it.

He needs some work on the leash training. He needs a lot of playtime and stimulation. He is being surrendered because of the owner's personal health issues and busy schedule.
