Foster Or Forever Home Wanted: Meet Kira!!

February 2, 2023. The day we received an urgent plea from SEACCA about a very sick dog who had zero rescue interest. So being who we are, we pulled her to safety and soon realized she wasn’t sick at all.

 

Coming up on two years since Kira joined our rescue, we ask ourselves daily why this 3 year old social, fun dog hasn’t been adopted yet. She loves to go on walks, hikes, play in water, go for a car ride, and is up for any adventure that our volunteers take her on. And better yet, she walks well on a leash, knows sit and wait, and continues to work on her basic obedience skills which is a breeze given that she is treat motivated. This happy girl is great with dogs, loves belly rubs, and would do best in an adult home with older, considerate kids.
