My personality

My story

Here's what the humans have to say about me:

Ansley is one of 7 puppies born on January 18th, 2023. And she looks like her beautiful mom.
Unfortunately, she's been in her foster home since birth instead of living in a house with her own family.
Momma is a Shepherd named Delilah.
Ansley is about only about 55-57 lbs. and fully grown.
She's been vaccinated, spayed, and microchipped,

Her foster says she is a sweet girl
Curious and cautious at the same time.
Friendly with other dogs
Loves water to sit in, especially when it's so hot

You can see it in the pictures how hot the weather in Texas and dogs stay outside no matter the weather,
She would love a family and a nice bed to sleep on.
A nice fenced backyard
Experienced owner of the breed
Active family
No Cats
Kids 10 and up because of her energy and jumping when she first sees you.
She LOVES head rubs.

Ansley is ready to come to NJ on the next transport when adopted.

More about this rescue

Friends for Life Animal Rescue is a non-profit, 501(c)3, volunteer-run, foster-based Rescue (no facility).

Our focus is to save the lives of dogs and puppies in high-kill shelters in the south and local owner surrenders.

Our mission is to place unwanted and in-danger animals in homes, regardless of age or breed. To educate the public and help stop animal cruelty and neglect.

We don't discriminate against potential adopters on any basis or for any reason. We approve potential adopters if they are and the animal they applied for is a good fit.

Extra Info.-
*If a dog is listed on Adopt a Pet, they are still available, and we accept applications. We approve applications on the best fit for both dog and family.
*We take our best guess on breed and size when fully grown.
* Our dogs are adopted from their foster home or straight from transport from kill shelters in the south.
*We always need foster homes so we can continue to save dogs. Don't hesitate to contact us if you are interested in fostering. Or fill out the foster application using this link - https://form.jotform.com/210257395409155
