My story

Here's what the humans have to say about me:

Gunner is an almost 2 year old, loyal, playful, active boy who loves to play fetch, tug-of-war, run alongside you on a bike and go to the dog park. He loves to be around people he knows and other dogs too. He is wary of strangers so he needs time to warm up initially. When not running or zooming, he loves to cuddle up on the couch and snuggle his humans. When the weather is nice, he also loves to sunbathe in the yard though hes not a fan of the cold. Hes eager to please and likes to run through all his tricks, especially if food is involved. He is good with our young kids, but he would be happiest in a home with older teenage/adult children and experienced adults who are active and outdoorsy. He needs a big yard and other dogs around to play with. He has not had any formal training, but he is very smart and a quick learner. We have not had issues with training him something new. We acquired Gunner from a neighbor that was fostering him from Colorado Puppy Rescue.
