Sweet boy Theo isn't a fan of the hustle and bustle of the shelter, and he's on the hunt for a quiet place where he can let his guard down. Due to his timid personality with change and new people, he requires a special environment that is calm and peaceful (without too many visitors coming and going) to help him feel secure and comfortable.

His silly personality is often overshadowed by the chaos of the shelter, making it challenging for him to showcase his true self. But don't be fooled - once Theo warms up, he's all about the snuggles, belly rubs, and even some impressive zoomies. Once Theo trusts you, he is an energetic, sweet guy and you'll probably have yourself an amazing, loyal adventure partner.

The key to his heart? Patience and treats, of course! Theo would thrive in an adult-only home with a willingness to let him settle in at his own pace.

If you have experience with shy/fearful dogs, you might just be his perfect match.

Other dogs: Theo LOVES other dogs. He opens up with people a lot faster when another dog is around. He plays rough though so his playmates should be stronger dogs who are up for Theo's energy & play style.
