My story

Here's what the humans have to say about me:

DOB: September 2022

 Meet KitKat:

Rescued with siblings Gemma and Pepper, KitKat comes running to us, rubs against our legs, and if we sit on the floor, he’ll lie down beside us for pets. Famously fond of catnip toys, he also enjoys catching those moving springs and balls, and watching the world outside until naptime calls. Now all this kissable kitten wants is to find a loving home with room enough for one of his siblings or a friend.

Go meet their pets

Currently, we have a private Shelter for our animals so it is by appointment only. However we also have a partnership with Pet Value in Aurora (Bayview and Aurora Road) where many cats and kittens are also housed.

We attend local Fairs, Events such as "All About Pets" Show in Toronto, for example, and other fund-raising events during the year in the Toronto area.

More about this rescue

North Toronto Cat Rescue is a registered Canadian charrity made up of dedicated volunteers concerned with the welfare of all cats and kittens. We rescue, foster, provide veterinary care (including blood testing, vaccines and spay/neuter) and arrange adoptions for abandoned or rescue felines.

For ten years, North Toronto Cat Rescue has been helping hundreds of souls in need wherever we find them, offering love, nourishment, safety, medical care and the hope of a "forever" home.

We are not a spay/neuter and release group as we believe all these animals deserve comfot, warmth and love, particularly during the long cold winter days here in Canada. They will remain with us until they find a permanent home.
