My story

Here's what the humans have to say about me:

Daisy is my name and cuteness is my game! I am finally up for adoption. I had to wait for a follow up appointment with the cardiologist who said “no changes” so my meds are 🎯on point! I’m on 2 meds 2x a day for maintenance which are about $20/month. There are other meds when I flare up but I haven’t needed them in awhile! I have a level B1 heart condition which is very mild. My main issue is my trachea. The X-rays showed it is collapsed (typical in littles like me) and it is also bent (most likely a birth defect). I am a super high maintenance dog for affection, I really don’t think you should have another dog if you have me, I really rather you didn’t. It can be me and you, you and me, I’ll keep you busy! I get along with them but I don’t play with them, they just take up some loving that I should be getting. I can live with cats, I’ll explain to them in the beginning that I am first and while I’m sleeping the humans can pet them. I’m a little mouthy, mostly just ridiculous grumbles but no small kids for me, everyone knows us ‘ankle bitters’ can’t be trusted🙄 But seriously they just make too much noise and I’m not a fast mover so I could easily get smooshed. I am about 5 years old and love to travel in the car, go for walks, I can get really fast when I chase the squirrels. I mostly like to be pet, whether you want to or not, and I will put my head under your hand to remind you. I’m ‘mostly’ PP pad / house broken blah blah blah. Nobody knows what I am, a chi, pom, Pekingese, or all 3. I weigh less then 8 pounds, the vets says I should weigh under 7, but I barely get fed as it is so again blah blah blah.
