Adorable little Rocky came into rescue when his family could no longer take care of him. Fortunately a foster was immediately available and his new life began. Rocky had spent most of his life in a crate where he ate, slept and eliminated. He never went to the vet as far as we know. Rocky went to our wonderful vet and was neutered, updated on vaccines, HW & Lyme tested (negatives), bloodwork checked and a dental cleaning with some extractions. Rocky gets along with other sweet dogs so he could live with another or a dog friendly kitty, but foster mom thinks his person will be the apple of his eye. Rocky is searching for a quiet home, where he can be with his person often, he wants to feel love ❤️ Rocky is about 7-8 years old, 6 pounds, and probably a long haired chihuahua since he’s on the fluffy side. Rocky has no issues wearing a belly band when running loose in the house. Foster mom doesn’t have the heart to crate him so he is gated in a room when left home alone.
