My story

Here's what the humans have to say about me:

Emmett is Mr. Chill. An easy going kitten that loves his foster mate Sutton and is a great big brother. He loves to play with his toys, especially empty paper towel rolls, and the laser light. He likes to lounge in the sunlight and sleep on the pillow near my head. He has an amazing purr and is beautifully colored and marked and is so soft.

$125 adoption fee per kitten.

Hardest part of rescue is:
- Not being able to save every cat.
- Finding excellent homes for our rescues.

Silverton Cat Rescue is a registered 501(c)(3) non-profit organization. In order to make sure cats under our care go to the safest and most compatible homes we require adoptees to fill out our Rescue’s application and accept a home visit.

We do not have a shelter. All our rescues are in foster homes.

The $125 adoption fee per cat insures that all cats coming into your care will be delivered altered (spayed/neutered), microchipped, vaccinated for FVRCP (feline distemper), dewormed, and have been treated for fleas.
