My story

Here's what the humans have to say about me:

Hello my name is Timber. I was found outside and not a lot is known about me before coming into the shelter. I am a sweet lady, but enjoy my space when I need it. I need to be in a lower elevation for my health and a home that is going to be able to help me with keeping up with my medical. Please give the shelter a call at 719-686-7707 to find out more about my medical needs and what I will need to live a happy life.

Additional adoption info

To adopt:
All adoptions must be done in person. Visit the shelter to meet the adoptable animals you would like to consider. TCRAS is open 6 days a week, please see hours of operation.

Your visit with each animal will be assisted by a trained adoption specialist to answer questions, address concerns and to help you decide if the animal is a good fit for your home environment (i.e. children, other pets, specific needs, etc). You can also bring in your current pets to do a visitation (this may be required with certain animals).
