My story

Here's what the humans have to say about me:

Chubbs is a 1-year-old neutered male black labrador retriever mix. He is current on vaccinations and house-trained. He is a very loving, affectionate dog. As a puppy, Chubbs was very "chubby," but as you can see, he has outgrown his name. Somehow, though, it still fits him. Chubbs was brought in to a veterinarian by his owner at 10 weeks of age, after she had accidentally run over him with her car. He had three broken legs, and required extensive veterinary care in order to repair them. The owner never came back to pick Chubbs up or pay her bill. He has healed and now gets around very well, but he will always have a limp. Anti-inflammatories seem to help with this. He will make a wonderful companion for someone who is willing to over-look his minor imperfections.
