My story

Here's what the humans have to say about me:

About me:
-I’m a social butterfly! I love to meet new people and will come right up to you hoping you’ll give me some love.
-I love to run and would make the perfect adventure dog for anyone who lives an active lifestyle
-I’m muzzle trained and know all kinds of commands like sit, stay, and shake!

Type of home I’m looking for:
-I have a lot of energy which can be too much for children. I need to go to an adult-only home.
-I love to be the star of the show and need to be the only animal in my new home.

Notable behavior:
-I can get overstimulated easily, especially when playing, and will respond well to someone who will set clear boundaries and help correct my behavior.
-I respond well to positive reinforcement, toss a couple treats my way and I’m a happy pup!

I’ve been here for too long. Make an appointment on our website to meet me today!

More about this shelter

Since 1897, the Spokane Humane Society has extended the hand of kindness to stray and unwanted animals in the greater Spokane Area. The Society shelters and cares for companion animals, transfers stray animals from animal control when they are out of space, operates a low-income spay and neuter clinic and educates the public about humane issues and responsible pet care.
