Meet Scout??, a gentle 3-year-old large mixed breed with a heart of gold! This sweet girl may be a bit shy at first, but once she warms up to you, she'll be your best cuddle buddy. Scout walks beautifully on a leash and enjoys her daily strolls??. She is spayed and ready to find her forever home. While she gets along with some dogs, she is selective about her canine friends. Scout would thrive in a loving, patient home where she can feel safe and cherished??. Her adoption fee is $52.00 that includes vaccine, microchip, 2024 Holmes county license, leash and collar!

We are a county operated facility and agency. We receive our funding through dog license sales. We are responsible for picking up strays in our county. Many of these strays later go up for adoption and become our responsibility to rehome. We also take owner surrrenders and attempt to rehome them.
