My name is Greta!

Greta has come a LONG way since her rescue in August 2023! She was found with 6 puppies in the backyard of an abandoned house. Our welfare team had to capture her and rescue her 6 puppies, 2 of which died; you can see her rescue video on her website profile as well as her transformation in the next video. Her 4 babies have been adopted & now it's her turn. She is very shy at first and will need a patient and kind family to help bring her out of her shell even more. She will need a 6 foot fence and will be a flight risk until she bonds with you. She would do best without small children in the home who may leave doors open or not treat her gently. Greta gets along with all dogs and with a confident cat in the foster home but wants to chase a runner cat. She is described as having a "joy for life that's contagious!"
