Hi! My name is Paddy (aka Cloud). I guess I am an American Stafforshire Lab mix. My mom says I love to give kisses and hugs, and I love to play with anything that looks like a ball. Do you like fetch? I do!
Mom says I am very smart and have already learned out to sit, leave it, and stay. I am good at taking treats gently, and I am pretty good at letting her know when I need to go outside to go potty. I like learning new things and taking car rides! Mom says I am good with dogs (I agree - I love to play) but I am probably best in a home without cats (they are too much fun to chase). I haven't spent much time with younger kids (my human brother is 19) so Mom says I should have an introduction first.
I like to stay close to my people and my favorite thing is to sleep with my humans in their bed or on the floor. But I also am good at staying in my crate. I can be a bit nervous when first meeting new people and I bark when I am nervous but once I get comfortable I can be your best friend.
I would love to find my family to love. I have lots of great cuddles and kisses to give. I am going to be at the Queen Creek adoption event this weekend and would love to get a chance to meet you.

We are foster based, but hold adoption events in various Pet Stores in the Greater Phoenix Area.
We can also do individual meet and greet for any of our dogs with an appointment with the foster.

Here at Arf-Anage Dog Rescue, our motto is "No Mom Left Behind". We specialize in moms and pups from local shelters as well as the Navajo reservation. When fosters are available, we also help with puppies that are owner-surrendered, "accidental" litters, or the last of a litter that someone just "couldn't get rid of".
Once our Mama dogs are done raising their pups, they are given time to recover then spayed, rehabbed, and made ready for forever families.
Puppies are vaccinated, spayed/neutered, and microchipped. We orient them into a foster-home environment and begin potty training and socialization. We find them great forever homes and in case it doesn't work out, we take the dogs back and find them another loving home. We offer 80% refunds on adoption fees up to 5 days after the adoption.
In some situations, we also offer assistance to help find free or reasonable spay and neuter services for owned pets.
