My story

Here's what the humans have to say about me:

Introducing Fred, is such a cutie pie who packs a punch of personality in his petite 20-pound frame. If you're searching for fun with a side of quirkiness, Fred's your boy! This young pup will bring an endless supply of smiles and laughter to any home lucky enough to welcome him.

Social and friendly, Fred gets along like a dream with other dogs larger than himslef. He loves to play and has enough energy to make every day feel like a party. But it's not all zoomies and tail wags; Fred has a tender side that will melt your heart. He may need a little time to feel safe and show his true colors, but trust us, he's worth every second of patience.

Fred is looking for a family that will take the time to really get to know him-understanding his quirks, appreciating his charm, and providing him the loving, secure environment he needs to truly shine. Once he's comfortable, you'll have a loyal and joyful companion for life.

In a nutshell, Fred offers the best of all worlds-a fun-loving spirit, a perfect pint-sized frame, and a dash of delightful quirkiness. If you're ready to meet this one-of-a-kind pup and embark on a lifelong adventure of love and laughter, Fred is eagerly waiting to meet you!

More about this rescue

The vision of Animal Compassion Team has been years in the making, shaped by hard work, heartbreak, and an unwavering love for animals. Despite the challenges, we chose this path because saving lives matters—it's that simple. Every dog, cat, and animal we rescue reaffirms our commitment to making a difference. In August 2009, we took a leap of faith and became a 501(c)3 non-profit, ready to turn hope into action. Each life saved makes every effort worthwhile, and we look forward to sharing countless happy endings.

Our Mission Statement
To provide a safe haven for animals of all breeds and species through rescue, rehabilitation, adoption, and sanctuary. To advocate for humane treatment, promote the human-animal bond, and educate about kindness, compassion, and responsible pet ownership, emphasizing spaying and neutering. Together with other rescues and shelters, we strive toward a no-kill nation.
