What is Rehome?
If you see pets listed by a private owner, it means that they’re adoptable through Adopt a Pet’s Rehome program – the safe and reliable way to find a loving new home for your pet.
We originally got Ragnar as a puppy from a rescue that brings animals from the south so his exact breed is unknown. As you can see from the picture he definitely has some coonhound in him and that shows in his personality as well. He is extremely curious with a nose that doesn't stop. His current home has 2 other dogs (one his size and a smaller one), a cat and a high energy 8 year old boy. He gets along with all of them and I would label him as playful with the cat. His only fault with cat is he doesn't realize the cat isn't interested in playing and is only 10 lbs. My only concern with other dogs in a perspective home would be that they wouldn't like his high energy. He does enjoy cuddling on the couch and isn't always a crazy goofball. He is always on a run when outside so his nose doesn't get the best of him. My neighbors don't mind noise but he will definitely need a bark collar in a residential neighborhood.
