Willie Needs A Savior!!

This 3 year old pup was adopted out at 11 months old to an older woman with dementia and other health issues. She never let her family into her home, so we have no idea what happened to Willie over the past 2 years. His owner is now in the hospital and the family cannot keep him. He is currently in boarding, waiting for someone to give him a second chance.

Willie needs someone experienced and patient to help him transition into a new home. We do not know much about his past, but he does not like when you stand over him or too much in his space. We believe that he needs time to build trust, and he will adjust well. He would do best in an adult only home. He seems to be fine aorund other dogs, but has not been officially dog tested.

Overall, Willie is very sweet, affectionate and looks for love. He has no resource guarding with food and will take treats gently from your hand and bring the ball back when you throw it.

This poor boy needs a chance. If The family can not afford to keep boarding him at Petco past next week. Willie needs a holiday miracle!!
