Meet Kai! Kai came to us through our Humane Investigations department in January of 2024. He is a wonderful 3 year old boy, who loves to play and also loves to get food -- yes food! He loves to go outside on walks, as well as sniffing around his surroundings during his walks. He's a little shy, but once he gets to know you he's a bouncy and playful boy. Kai would do best in a home with only adults, and could live with another dog pending a successful meet and greet! Interested?
Kai is one of our Extra Loved residents. Although all our resident animals get plenty of love, many of them come from backgrounds where they may need a little extra care, extra attention, and extra patience. To help this special resident find their adoptive home, a generous donor has sponsored their adoption donation, to help them feel extra loved!
Kai is also a part of our Rosie's Rule program. Animal Friends has teamed up with Fi Smart Dog Collar to provide GPS-enabled dog collars for Animal Friends’ canine residents who may be at an increased risk of becoming separated from their handler. Once outfitted with a Fi collar, Rosie’s Rule dogs will keep their collar through adoption along with a one-year subscription to the Fi App – at no cost to their new family.
