Meet Lionel, one of our longer-term dogs who is a big teddy bear that loves to snuggle. We cannot believe he is still here--and every day he is struggling more with the kennel environment. Lionel has been bounced around a couple of times at no fault of his own which has led to a little separation anxiety. A loving and patient home is exactly what this boy needs to help him feel happy and secure. Not only does Lionel love to snuggle, but he also loves to go on adventures; whether it be hiking in the local forest preserve, cross-country road trips or even helping you cross off home improvement projects at Home Depot, Lionel is excited to go and so well behaved during them! Stop in and let Lionel show you how wonderful he is!
