Celo is a sweet boy. He enjoys a quieter pace and is not really fond of all the commotion of shelter living. He's a pretty laid back fellow and is often found sitting under a stool in his kennel where he feels protected. Unfortunately he doesn't get seen as often as we would like. He is very affection and just needs someone to take the time and get to know him. Please come spend time with this sweet, loveable boy.
