Rocky was adopted from the Pikes Peak Humane Society when he was only 8 months old in Colorado Springs. He is a yellow lab and he was living on a farm in Calhan, CO. He was adopted over Thanksgiving in 2017 and has lived a good life. He loves going to doggy parks, playing with other dogs and enjoys the outdoors. Unfortunately, as a teacher in Durham my time is limited to spend time with him since I work 7-3 each day and commute from Wake Forest. I am moving in a couple of weeks and my rental does not allow dogs his size. I am hoping to find him a new home so I don't have to surrender him or have him put to sleep which would break my heart since he is so loyal, loving and a great companion. I am hoping you can help or find someone who wants to keep him.
