My story

Here's what the humans have to say about me:

Meet Lana!

Lana is the perfect pittie angel--sweet, wiggly, happy and affectionate. Unfortunately, she has been dealt a difficult hand here at the shelter. Lana is heartworm positive with a long extensive treatment in the works AND recovering from a suspect torn cruciate.

Lana is looking for a local foster-to-adopt home, where she can continue her heartworm treatment, and be up for the challenge of keeping Lana enriched while she remains mostly kennel rested. Lana is open to meeting other dogs and kitties. She would be open to meeting older kids who can respectful of her space during this healing time. Lana does prefer women over men.

If you`re interested in meeting Lana, she is located at the Danville PSPCA on Bloom Rd. -- open daily from 12:00 - 6:00 (no appointment needed - all people in the home required to meet the dog before going forward with a foster-to-adopt, along with any dogs in the home with proof of Rabies Vaccine & DHPP Vaccine) If you have any questions about her, feel free to call the shelter at 570-275-0340 or email us at Danville@PSPCA.org
