Hi I'm Pearl! I am a mellow lady in hopes of finding someone who wants a steady life companion! I so enjoy toys especially balls, walks, and even the water. I am very smart and know my basics like house training, leash training, and basic obedience commands like sit, and paw!

Compatibility: Is not fond of other dogs in her face, would possibly accept a dog who will confidently leave her alone otherwise she may prefer being the only canine in the house.

We try to make the process as smooth as possible and we want to set you and your new pet up for success. We always recommend doing a meet and greet with your dog before adding a new dog to your home and we are always happy to help with that.

We are a municipal shelter that takes in 2500-3000 animals a year. We are a small shelter with a dedicated team that works hard to keep the citizens and animals of Clay County safe and healthy. We rely on foster families and adopters to help us continue the work that we do.
