My story

Here's what the humans have to say about me:

Finn has really come out of his shell lately and enjoyed playing with the many canine friends hes made while living in boarding. Slow intros to new dogs are best for him, but overall, Finn is a friendly, happy boy. Finn has already completed his vet care and will be ready for public events in August. If youre interested in adopting Finn, please submit an application and well be in touch ASAP. His adoption fee is $250. Please visit our website savedbyfate.org to learn more about this amazing pet and to see other available dogs and cats.

Additional adoption info

SBF adoptions start off with a 2-week trial period to ensure that the SBF dog is a good fit for your family and current pets. The adoption fee is due the day an adopter starts the 2-week trial period. If the adoption does not work out within those two weeks, the adopter will be refunded all but a $50 donation, or they can put the fee towards another adoptable dog.

More about this rescue

Saved by Fate is a dog rescue organization in Central Kentucky that specializes in pulling dogs at high risk of euthanasia from Kentucky shelters. SBF was founded by Mara DeLaus and Ciara Hagedorn in 2022. After years of volunteering for a fellow organization, they saw a significant need for additional rescue resources in their area. SBF is an entirely foster and volunteer based organization that does not have a physical location or kennel at this time.
