Yo, world! It’s your boy Rex here. I’m ringing in the new year from my cozy (but not-so-cozy) kennel, dreaming big for 2025. Wanna know what’s on my resolution list? Find a foster or forever home. That’s it. That’s the dream. Here’s my pitch: I’m 53 pounds of pure love and goofiness, a professional Kong carrier (I call them my binkies), and an elite fetch champion. I’m house-trained, crate-trained, and I’ll snuggle you so hard you’ll forget what personal space even means. Snacks are my love language—treats, popcorn, carrots, berries—gimme all the noms. But here’s the thing: this kennel life is tough. I’d give anything to spend my days chasing lightning bugs, playing tug, and being the velcro dog I was born to be. I’m a sensitive soul who just wants to be by your side—always. I’m great with older kids who can match my rowdy, joyful energy, but cats and small critters? Not my vibe.
