My story

Here's what the humans have to say about me:

Meet Billie Jo, the adorable pup with a heart full of love and a bark that says, "Notice me!"

From the moment you meet him, you'll be drawn in by his irresistible charm and his insatiable craving for human attention. Billie Jo is a social butterfly who thrives on the company of his favorite people, always eager to be the center of attention and showered with love and affection.

One of Billie Jo's favorite pastimes is playing with his brother Bobby Jo, their boundless energy and playful antics keeping everyone entertained for hours on end. But amidst the excitement of playtime, Billie Jo never forgets to make time for the things he loves most: cuddles and snacks! Whether it's before or after a rambunctious play session, this sweet boy always appreciates a quick cuddle with his favorite humans, followed by a tasty treat to satisfy his appetite.

Billie Jo's desire for endless attention makes him the perfect companion for a home with kids or anyone who's willing to shower him with love and affection. With his charming personality and unwavering devotion, Billie Jo is sure to bring endless joy and laughter into the lives of his lucky new family.

If you're ready to open your heart and home to a furry friend who craves nothing more than your love and attention, then look no further than Billie Jo. Come meet him today and discover the joy of having this lovable pup by your side!

Socialization, training (including house training), and exercise are just a few of the things to look forward to!

Chewing, teething, and learning what is Okay and not Okay to put in his mouth are all part of the puppy experience. And, be prepared for the time and money for frequent trips to the vet during the first few months so he can get up to date on his boosters and vaccines.

But most of all, be prepared for all of the LOVE, puppy kisses, and joy he will bring into your life.

If you are up for the challenge and the fun, stop in and meet his cute self in person during our adoption hours. For more information, email bloomingdale@ahconnects.org or call us at 847-697-2880 x: 90, and the staff will be happy to help you.

Our dogs and puppies go home spayed/neutered, microchipped, heartworm tested (7 months and over), and up to date on core vaccines, heartworm, flea, and tick preventatives. Their adoption also includes a free-vet exam at one of our participating veterinarians.
