Meet Titi, the Sweetheart in Waiting! At just 4 years old, Titi is a lovable Pit Bull Terrier mix making her way through her 11th month at the shelter—and she’s ready for a forever home! This adorable girl is bursting with love and affection, and she’s just waiting for someone special to give her the chance she deserves. Titi is all about the cuddles and butt scratches, and her eyes light up for yummy treats! She walks beautifully on a leash, taking her time to explore the world around her, sniffing all the exciting scents. While she may be a bit jumpy and cautious around new people, her true sweet and playful nature shines when she feels safe and loved. Don’t let kennel nerves fool you—behind those shy eyes is a joyful companion waiting to share a life filled with love. With Titi by your side, you’ll discover the true meaning of loyalty and affection. Are you the caring soul ready to bring this wonderful girl home? Titi is just a tail wag away from being your perfect furry friend!

More about this shelter
Volunteers needed now. Are you an animal lover, do you have a couple of hours each week to volunteer? Many opportunities available. Work with dogs, cats, bunnies, office work, fostering and more. For more details on volunteering contact Michelle Maltun at (805) 345-5741.
We care for stray and homeless animals, including cats, kittens, dogs, puppies, rabbits and other animals such as chickens, guinea pigs or iguanas. We always hope the family will come to reclaim their lost pet, but if not, we work to find a loving new family for them.
We ensure that dogs are current on their rabies vaccination and license.
At Animal Services, our goal is to ensure that all the animals in our County have a safe place to live. We work hard to find loving homes for the many dogs, cats, rabbits and other animals that come into our care. Together, with community partners and concerned citizens, we are making sure that all these animals have a "Forever Home!"
