Here's what the humans have to say about me:
Dare is the definition of calm, cool, and collected, and wants nothing more than to lounge around with you.
The real key to success to get Dare to open up? Playing with other dogs! This sweet boy LOVES playing with the other dogs in his foster home, and will run the yard with them whenever he gets the chance. But that doesn’t change his desire to snuggle up next to you at the end of the day.
In addition to Dare’s love of other dogs, he also does well with children, adults, and cats! We do believe he would likely benefit from having an outgoing, confident dog in the home to help him feel comfortable and learn the ropes from. He does well in his crate after settling down, but does best in a sturdy, steel crate over the typical wire ones.
Think that Dare could be the perfect dog to complete your forever family? You can apply to adopt at www.lexpitcrew.org/adopt His adoption fee is $200!

More about this rescue
Lexington Pit Crew aims to inform and educate the public about breeds often unfairly labeled as vicious and dangerous. Our goal is to build a positive reputation for dogs that might otherwise be deemed unadoptable solely based on their breed. Over the past eight years, LPC has rescued thousands of dogs. This success is a team effort, driven by our dedicated volunteers. These volunteers have families, paying jobs, and various other responsibilities, yet they choose to volunteer because they are passionate about our cause. They give their time because they value the lives of the defenseless animals we fight for every day.
