Pick me! Pick me! I guarantee you won't be sorry. I am 3 years old and a love bug with everyone. I am an active girl who looks forward to nice walks, along with plenty of play time.

I am an incredibly smart and loyal pup, born to play fetch.

My family here at HSMC tell me I'm the best at retrieving/dropping a ball, following commands with excellent eye contact. I'm a pro at walking on a leash; I love car rides and my occasional trip to the dog park.

We require an adoption application be filled out (can be done on-line). Allow 3 business days to process. Contact the shelter to check on status of application. Upon approval fees are $75 for a cat and $125 for a dog which includes vaccinations, altering . Renters need to demonstrate approval of landlord to have pets. Home visit may be done at the discretion of the shelter. Our adoption contract specifies adopters must comply with local animal ordinances and have pet neutered if not already done. Animals must be returned to us if owner is no longer able to care for them
