My story

Here's what the humans have to say about me:

Contact foster juiceplusmom@carolina.rr.com

Meet Mia, a beautiful three-year-old spayed gray/blue Domestic Shorthair who has blossomed into a total love bug during her time in foster care. While she’s a bit slow to warm up, her sweet nature makes the wait more than worth it. Once she feels safe, she’ll reward you with her affection and endearing quirks—namely wagging her tail like a dog when you call her name or pet her! She adores being petted and brushed, and even slept on her foster dad’s leg for the first time, a big milestone in her journey to trust, proving love and patience are the way to her heart.
Her most unique feature is her cloudy eye. This little quirk doesn’t affect her vision or her zest for life, and as her vet says, “If it’s not bothering her, don’t let it bother you!”
Mia gets along with male cats and younger ones, though she’s not a fan of other female cats. She’s fine with kittens but prefers to observe rather than join in their antics. Over time, she’s found her playful side, enjoying spirited games of chase and tussles with her younger friends.
If you’re looking for a loyal companion who will reward your patience with endless love, Mia is your girl!
Could Mia be the perfect fit for your family?
