Here's what the humans have to say about me:

Gorgeous 2 year old Seal Point, Stella Bella is a very loving & sweet girl. She does great with dogs & awesome with cats. Stella Bella is a diabetic and gets 2 doses of insulin daily with meals. She is very young, so the vets are hopeful that we may get her blood sugar levels under control and eventually reduce or even discontinue the need to insulin! Stella Bella is currently in a foster home in Pendleton, OR. Transport to Portland, OR is available.

Founded in 1975 by a group of compassionate citizens, we are dedicated to helping homeless, lost, and at-risk animals and pet owners in our town and surrounding areas.
