This helps NYC Second Chance Rescue with pet care costs.
Charlie has been with his foster pawrents for a few weeks now, and we are truly starting to see his sweet personality shine. Once found scrounging for food at a dumpster in Mississippi, Charlie is taking Wall Street by storm and learning all the ins and outs of city life. He's a sweet, clever, adaptable dog, and he's ready to be your next best friend. Charlie is about two years old and 50 pounds. He is friendly with other dogs but would do best in a home without cats. He is fully housebroken, doesn't bark, and hasn't shown any separation anxiety. While he's still getting used to having his very own crate, you're likely to find Charlie napping under the couch or waiting to lay beside you. He loves to play, go on walks, and be engaged with his friends (two-legged or four!) and will be a great addition to your pack or a perfect companion for a semi-active home.
All dogs will be altered, microchipped, and receive age-appropriate vaccines prior to adoption. Please note that the listed location for this dog may not be accurate due to technical limitations of this database and we have transportation options available within 6 hours of NYC (so don't let location hold you back)!
