Check out our sister brand, Kinship, for vet chat, a nutrition calculator, basic obedience training, and (much) more. So you're never flying solo in this pet parenting thing.
Papie is an energetic and friendly boy who originally came to us when his owner had to move and was unable to keep him.
Papie is potty trained, knows sit and down, and loves people! He is super smart and loves his treats. As soon as you reach for one, he will usually automatically sit and patiently wait for it with a big goofy grin on his face.
Papie enjoys going on long walks where he can do lots of sniffing and exploring. He’s working on loose leash walking, rides well in the car and we've learned that he's a big fan of the snow!
Papie has lived with other dogs in the past, and he’s participated in playgroup at CARE, showing that he could have other dog friends. He would do best with another dog that can match his rough and rowdy play style, and should be given slow introductions, as Papie can be a bit forward with his greetings.
Papie is 2 years old and around 75 lbs. He would love to find an active adopter or foster that he could go on adventures with!
