Sweet little Lumi is looking for a special someone. She is desperately shy, but loves to be petted. She will cry for attention, but will shy away if she feels crowded. However, if you sit quietly in a chair she’ll rub up against your legs and if there is room on the couch, she’ll curl up next to you. She just wants to be loved, but you have to let her come to you.

With patience and kindness Lumi will be a loving and loyal friend. Lumi has been living happily in a home with other cats and dogs. She would do really well in either a quiet home as an only cat or in a house with other friendly animals. She wouldn’t harm anyone, but small children or active, loud households might make it hard for her to relax.

Lumi is a gentle little soul and has never left a scratch on anyone, but because she is so shy, meet and greets are hard for her so potential adopters (or foster to adopters!) will need to take a bit of a leap of faith.

She’s the sweetest little lady and we know the right home is out there for her - apply to adopt today!

This cat has been combo-tested for Feline Leukemia and FIV, received all age-appropriate vaccinations and is altered.

Before G.R.A.S.P., Inc. was formed, animals that were not claimed by their owners were routinely euthanized.
