My story

Here's what the humans have to say about me:

Meet Nemo, a handsome and gentle middle-aged boy who is ready to be your loyal companion! Nemo may have been a little nervous when he first arrived at the shelter, but he`s quickly shown his true sweet nature. He’s a loveable pup who enjoys being around his people and will happily let you administer his eye medication (especially if there are treats involved!). Nemo has dry eye and requires ongoing medication to keep his eyes healthy and comfortable, but that doesn’t stop him from being an active and loving dog.Though he likely has some vision impairment, Nemo gets around just fine and loves to explore his surroundings. He’s been a social and easygoing boy with other dogs at the shelter and has shared his kennel without issue. He’s crate trained, housebroken, and absolutely adores toys!Nemo`s unique DNA mix includes Border Collie, Basset Hound, Doberman Pinscher, and Labrador Retriever, making for a wonderful blend of playful energy, loyalty, and affection. He’s also shown to be indifferent to cats on one occasion, so we are hopeful he would make a versatile addition to any home.If you’re looking for a loving and playful dog who will always want to be by your side, Nemo is the perfect match. He’s ready to find his forever family—ask to meet him today!
