My story

Hazel is an almost 2 year old Chihuahua mix who is friendly and lively. Hazel is a happy girl who loves to wag her tail and be held and loved on. Hazel loves treats and wants to learn some basic commands and working for some treats! She is a smart little cookie and loves her food. Hazel sadly was living outside in the scorching sun of Texas where temperatures in the summer can reach 110 degrees with no shade or protection from the weather. Hazel had heartworm disease and we treated her and she is now completely done with her treatment and heartworm negative. Hazel has lived with her foster family and done quite well in the home. She should continue to housetrain in her new home with wee wee pads/outside. Hazel deserves a great life and a family who will love her !
