Everley, born exactly on 3/30/24, came into foster care with his mom, Betty Jean, and 3 siblings when he was just 5 days old. When not playing with his mom, BettyJean, (or having her give him a thorough wash) he will lie next to fosterer for some pets. (That is the 2 of them in the photo. His mom is also on this site.)

Note: Everley does not show well at adoptions. He gets very stressed and his fear manifests in hissing and shaking. He needs a quiet and very, very patient home - no children.

Adoption events are held at the Fair Oaks Petco (Madison at Hazel) on Saturdays from noon to 4pm.

Our kitties are FeLV tested (negative), spayed/neutered, vaccinated, dewormed, flea treated, and microchipped. However, since the majority of our kitties are rescued from local high-kill shelters or 'from the streets', their backgrounds are unknown and we cannot guarantee the temperament or any unforeseen health problems that may arise with rescued animals. Our kitties are housed in foster homes in Sacramento County, California. Potential adopters are selected through an adoption screening process. There is a nominal adoption fee that goes towards the care of the kitties.

Fluff Buddies is a 501(c)(3) non-profit group of dedicated volunteers. Our purpose is to provide shelter, food, medical care, and love to homeless felines until we find them loving, furrever new homes.
